Strategies for customer returns
Let’s look at some strategies that will enable us to make customers return to our business, and then sell and make use of our services:
Provide a good attention
Providing good service is to be customer friendly, attentive and helpful to show any inquiry or request that we do, show a genuine interest in helping, treated immediately, greet, smile and say “thanks.”
Being advisor before seller
Provide good customer service also means, to be his advisor rather than a seller, ie advise you on your purchase and recommend the products or services you may be in need or looking for.
Be honest
But a requirement for a consultant is to be honest with the client, not trying to sell sell and recommend products that really need or are looking for, for example, recommend a garment that does not really fit.
We should also mention characteristics or attributes that this product actually does not possess.
Keeping promises
Being honest with the client also means do not make promises knowing that we can not fulfill.
If we can not accomplish something, we must be honest and tell the client that for the moment we are able to accomplish what you are asking for.
But as we promise something, however simple it may be, we must always comply.
