			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I want to thank the generosity of Paola Diaz del blog questionable ideas and set him straight 40 for helping to spread my new book of business and franchises (free download) I suggested I could write about what to look for when choosing a franchise. He had already written about choosing the best franchise, no doubt Paola observation made me realize I needed to see a part that we touched.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s start by defining that a franchise is a business concept that offers some features commercial, administrative, legal, financial and operational. If you <a href="http://www.2008wtfworldtkdpoomsae.com/">invest in a franchise</a>, I suggest you find out as much as you can about each of these points:</p>
<p>January. Commercial Aspects. The business is recognized by consumers? What competitors exist in the market? What actions undertaken to increase the number of customers? All businesses have a need to get customers, a strategy are varied and is whether the relief measures, study and take action to achieve it. To the extent that an employer knows the impact of their strategies, can make better decisions in the future. You should seek things that is truly refined and that you like and passionate.</p>
<p>The total investment is not the only factor in <strong>choosing a franchise</strong>. So be sure to compare all possible costs. The occurrence of unanticipated costs may lead to use money from the working capital for the installation of such store so you can run out of money to operate.</p>
